The Wings Club Privacy Policy
The Wings Club is committed to protecting the personal privacy of its members and guests. This statement of our privacy policy explains the type of personal information we collect and what we use it for. We collect the following information when a member joins or renews membership in the Club:
           • Name, title, and business;
           • Business address, email address, and telephone and fax numbers;
           • Home address, email address, and telephone and fax numbers;
           • Date and place of birth;
           • Country of citizenship;
           • Pilot experience;
           • Spouse name;
           • Membership in other clubs; and Credit club number.

There are other times when we may collect personal information from members or guests. For example, when they participate in our silent auction.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule
The Wings Club does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, and they are not to submit such information.

Use of Personal Information
Personal information of members is used to compile an annual membership directory (roster); to invite members and guests to special events; to categorize members; to notify members of meetings; to assist members in contacts with one another; and to send out other notices, invoices, flyers, newsletters, and correspondence.

Each member may decide what information will appear about the member in the directory. No more than the name, title, company, and mailing address are included on our mailing lists. The addressee can decide which of the addressee’s addresses to use and which information to use in the address. Any members may remove themselves from these mailing lists by contacting us at .
