One of the many challenges facing our industry today is recruiting, training and preparing “the next generation” of young individuals to become aviation professionals. Our vision is to use the Wing’s Club website to identify access points for prospective young men and women interested in gaining entry level experience positions.
The Wing’s Club Historical and Education Committee, along with our corporate members, plan to generate awareness of aviation internship training programs and have created an efficient web directory for students to utilize. The Committee also intends to contact schools with established aviation programs so that students will know about our program.
We believe that the awareness alone will be of great value to both students and graduates in their search for career opportunities in our industry. This is not a placement service, nor do we have any intention of influencing the company selection criteria.
